There are four main laser cleaning methods:
① Laser dry cleaning, that is, using pulse laser direct radiation decontamination;
② The method of laser + liquid film is to deposit a layer of liquid film on the surface of the substrate and then decontaminate it with laser radiation;
③ The method of laser + inert gas is to use inert gas to blow to the surface of the substrate at the same time of laser radiation. When the dirt is peeled off the surface, it will be blown off the surface immediately by the gas to avoid the surface pollution and oxidation again;
